UPDATE: Due to Covid -19 there are significant delays (8 to 10 business days on top of delivery times mentioned above) in delivery of orders due to disruption in logistics network all around the world especially in United States, Please be patient and wait for your delivery as tracking status is not getting updated due to staff shortages and increased shipment demands.
Shipping Options

Standard Shipping - With Tracking (Adds tracking information for your order)
Premium Shipping - With Tracking & Insurance (Adds tracking information for your order and Insurance for the product if it gets lost or broken in transit)
The shipping options do not change the shipping estimates the shipping estimates stay the same as above.
Exceptions
4 weeks before and after  holiday season like Easter, Christmas and New year the shipping times may be longer and it may add 10 to 12 business days delay to above mentioned estimates.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until 12 hours past order time. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours of orders time the order can no longer be cancelled.(ex: id you order a product at 1:00 A.M. on 1st January 2018 it can be cancelled, changed or amended before 1:00 P.M. on same day 1st January 2018) after this order can not be cancelled, changed or amended

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 Business days not including 3 - 7 day processing)
  • We have sent you an incorrect item. (ex. you ordered a iPhone XR case and we sent you iPhone 8 Case)
  • You have received a broken or damaged item.
We do not issue refund if:
  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, Not at home to receive delivery, reject delivery, provide insufficient delivery address, or return shipment without authorization, or ordering wrong item or product)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of thearmourcase.com
  • You do not want the product you have received or you have changed you mind.
  • Item is damaged by you.

You ( buyer/customer) can submit refund requests within 24 hours of item being delivered to you and once we investigate and authorize the return send it to the address we provide in the authorisation email. For incorrect items received or  Broken/damaged items received claims please ensure you take pictures of the item and packaging plus box and include in your claim email.

You can submit refund request by sending an Email at support@thearmourcase.com.

If you ( buyer/customer) are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. If you ( buyer/customer) refuse to accept the item you will be charged 50% value of item as restocking fee and $10 shipping and handling fee and the refund will only be processed/provided when we get the item back, if the item gets stuck in customs or gets lost in transit it is your ( buyer/customer) responsibility and no refund will be provided.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different case (The product you want to exchange must be unused and in its original packaging) . You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. For exchanges you (the customer/buyer) is responsible for
  • Paying return shipping to the address we provide and provide valid tracking
  • paying a $10 fees per item for handling and reshipment of exchanged product
Exchange product will only be shipped when we receive the original shipped product back. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so or we will not be responsible for any losses and we will not be able to refund or exchange.

Postage

The cost of return postage is the individuals responsibility and any postage or express post charges paid on the original order will be deducted from the original order amount when refunded. If the order was with free shipping then the cost we incurred on the original shipping will be deducted from any refunded amount. Please Note: in above policy you/your means buyer/customer
